Registration Fees

Registration fees include VAT.

*Special discounted group fee for MFC members: Special discounted group fee (for MFC members only) for the third, fourth and every other participant from the same organization in the same country. Select only if at least two people from your organization in the same country have already registered to the conference in MFC Member category. Please fill in the names of the two of your registered colleagues to Note box in the online registration form.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to the Panel sessions
• Admission to the Exhibition
• Conference Materials
• Networking Reception on Wednesday (June 29, 2022)
• Lunch and coffee breaks on Thursday (June 30, 2022)
• Networking Dinner on Thursday (June 30, 2022)

How to Register

To register for the MFC Conference, please fill in the online:

Registration Form

First please fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process a participant will receive a password and automatically generated summary to your e-mail address. Your password is the same for all online forms (registration and accommodation).

Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Secretariat within three working days.

For group registration (above 10 participants) please contact the Conference Secretariat at e-mail address mfc@guarant.cz.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card

For payment by credit card please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to you within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by June 15, 2022. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (mfc@guarant.cz) in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference Secretariat at mfc@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after June 1, 2022.
